Request from a major player in the production of medicines in France to establish a diagnosis of its industrial tool in order to be able to integrate future development needs.
The work of the Fortil teams consists of an audit of the existing installations and the modelling of a digital twin. Numerical modelling will highlight existing bottlenecks and deposits. This simulation will also test the changes that need to be made to incorporate the new requirements. The scope of the mission extends to the entire building from the reception stages to the sorting and storage stages
