Phase 1 | Diagnosis
- A multi-criteria analysis of your environmental policy associated with a rating to allow you to prioritize your future actions
- Assessment of strengths and weaknesses
- Assessing your vulnerability and opportunities
- Analysis of your regulatory compliance (prefectural decree, PACTE law, climate and resilience law, DPEF, etc.)
Phase 2 | Proposed action plan & prescriptions
- Strategic plan responding to the environmental management system (EMS) already existing or to be created
- List of action levers to deepen for a coherent policy in line with your continuous improvement approach
- An action plan for carrying out 360° environmental audits, carbon footprint and LCA, and quality support up to ISO14001 certification
Our offer
- DEE : 8,000 euros excluding tax for the deliverables indicated above.
- Regulatory monitoring: package of 450 euros excluding tax per month: level 1 telephone support answering your questions two half-days per week with an environmental regulatory expert
