3. On what legal basis(s) do we process data?

As part of recruitment management processes, the Human Resources department may transmit certain information collected to organizations that must be informed of a candidate’s final hiring decision (including, in particular, unemployment insurance bodies, health insurance providers, pension schemes, and mutual insurance organizations). Once the candidate is hired and becomes an employee, they will be fully informed of the various personal data processing operations carried out by fortil Group in the context of and pursuant to their employment contract.
Your data may also be shared with our client companies for the purposes of delivering our services.

To enable fortil Group to verify your identity before disclosing any personal data, each request must be accompanied by a copy of a valid identity document. This document will be deleted as soon as your request has been processed and closed.
fortil Group may charge a reasonable fee, based on administrative costs, for any additional copies requested.
In the event of manifestly unfounded or excessive requests, fortil Group reserves the right to either charge reasonable fees reflecting the administrative costs incurred or refuse to act on the request, in accordance with applicable law.
