Data is collected for recruitment management purposes. It is processed only in so far as is strictly necessary to assess the Applicant’s ability to fill the position offered, or to measure his or her professional aptitudes. To this end, Applicants are asked to provide the following information:

3. On what legal basis(s) do we process data?

Depending on the purpose of the processing, your personal data may be accessed on a confidential basis by authorized fortil Group employees, including staff in marketing, sales, customer relations, administration, human resources, and functional support departments.

As part of recruitment management processes, the Human Resources department may transmit certain information collected to organizations that must be informed of a candidate’s final hiring decision (including, in particular, unemployment insurance bodies, health insurance providers, pension schemes, and mutual insurance organizations). Once the candidate is hired and becomes an employee, they will be fully informed of the various personal data processing operations carried out by fortil Group in the context of and pursuant to their employment contract.

Your data may also be shared with our client companies for the purposes of delivering our services.

In this context, we ensure that all our service providers comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We require all our partners to provide sufficient guarantees demonstrating that appropriate technical and organizational measures have been implemented to protect personal data.
