Your technical environment

Let’s get real; we need trustworthy people for full execution of the recruitment process in our Group. Your goals set will be supporting our FORTIL brands and seeking experts for some of our projects.


Your job responsibilities

·        Sourcing, identifying and hiring the right experts and filling important positions

·        Posting job ads through job boards and LinkedIn

·        Evaluating applications and reviewing resumes

·        Establishing interviewing criteria and conducting first interviews

·        Reporting

·        Conducting reference checks

·        Creating strategies for identifying and recruiting potential candidates

·        Making recommendations to the business team on the top candidates

·        Coaching young recruiters

·        Animating the referral scheme

·        Building relationships with universities

·        HR tasks (HR reviews, building strong relationships with consultants, organising events…)

Your profile and personality

BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.


Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.

Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.

Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
