elementor-element-a0a5016 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a0a5016\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Following the circulation analysis, several design modifications were developed to improve overall boiler performance.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">New lower headers and connecting pipework were added to improve water supply to the second-pass waterwall panels. As a result, flow distribution within the evaporative circuit was significantly enhanced.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">In addition, new upper headers and piping systems were designed to improve the evacuation of the front and rear roof circuits toward the steam drum. Consequently, the overall circulation pattern within the boiler was optimized.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Finally, our team produced detailed manufacturing drawings for the boiler sidewall panels after the plant operator identified localized buckling in several second-pass waterwall sections.
