Fortil acquires the CNIM group’s Information Systems Department

To ensure the development of an outsourcing pole in France and abroad, the experts of the IT department join Fortil, and thus enhance its Digital Management offer.

Fortil is developing an increasingly specific digital offer to meet the growing needs of its customers. The proven mastery of complex systems management, coupled with the long international experience of this department of the CNIM group, fits perfectly with our development strategy in France and in Europe where our customers operate.

Depuis plus de 15 ans, la DSI du groupe CNIM assure le maintien en conditions opérationnelles et l’évolution du syFor more than 15 years, the CNIM group’s IT department has been responsible for maintaining and upgrading the information systems of some thirty subsidiaries around the world, using a true outsourcing model. Its functional consultants, systems and security engineers and development engineers are part of Fortil’s know-how.

Thanks to this transfer of skills, Fortil now has an infrastructure outsourcing center offering the supply and management of workstations, network equipment, servers and secure data storage solutions (in two secure data centers in Marseille and La Seyne sur Mer).

Today, nearly 3,000 users benefit from these services as well as the associated technical support.

On the other hand, the experts ensure the outsourcing of applications in the world of engineering (PML, CAD, Calculations, EDM, etc.) and management (ERP, CRM, CMMS, etc.).

This specialized division will make it possible to address customers who need to outsource all or part of their information systems, as well as to provide advice on the evolution of their information systems.

This acquisition is part of FORTIL’s strategic approach which aims to structure expert solutions around a clear and relevant business matrix for its customers.

The existing outsourcing contracts of the CNIM group companies will obviously continue to be ensured, in order to accompany the general reorganization of this French industrial and construction company.

“We bring a new technological and functional layer thanks to our expertise in outsourcing. By keeping all of our technical and material resources, we are able to continue all of our current service commitments in France and internationally and to meet new customers in the very near future”

explains Christophe Hamon, head of the offer.

At Fortil, our growth and development are consistent with our customers’ needs and are based on a long-term vision.
